International Shipping: Please allow approx 2 weeks for postage and handling and slightly longer during peak periods.

We take no responsibility for missing parcels or replacement if you choose delivery without tracking. Please note that all parcels within New Zealand automatically come with tracking and all international purchases have the choice of tracked or untracked. Please select carefully. Also, international parcels can not be redirected, therefor double check the details provided. 

We will always package your cookies to the best of our ability so they arrive safely - (we have successfully tested this!! ) Please note that on international orders we are unable to replace broken or damaged cookies. 

At this stage we do not ship bulk cookies internationally.
