How long will the cookies last? How should I store them?
Based on our customers stories our cookies are usually eaten as soon as
they arrive - but if you’re great at self control or bought them for a special
occasion here is the info you’re searching for:
Each individual cookie is heat sealed in high quality, food-grade bags. These
kept them airtight and tasty for at least one month. They will come stickered with a best before date. Please store in a cool, dry, dark place. The colour can fade over time, or if exposed to light for a long period.
When can I expect to receive my cookies?
In most cases your order will be made the following working day, unless you
select a future dispatch date when you place your cookie order.
They then need overnight for the fondant to set before we are able to
package and dispatch.
Our cookies are packaged with love and sent via CourierPost, NZ wide. They
are superstars and usually deliver overnight (at a guesstimate we’d say 97%
of the time) but occasionally they will take longer. You do receive a tracking
code as soon as your cookies are sent so you can follow their progress.
My cookies have some crumbs
Every effort is made to package your cookies with the utmost care to ensure
they arrive to you in the same condition they left. Please understand these
are a handmade product therefore some crumbs may be visible. If larger
damage has occurred during transit please contact us immediately.
Where do you ship?
We’re currently shipping cookies NZ WIDE only. Sorry overseas friends, you’ll
just have to come for a visit.
Can we pick up?
Yes, you are able to pick up from our warehouse in East Tamaki, Auckland.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We get it. Life happens. If anything happens that may require you to change
or cancel your order, please communicate with us as soon as you can and we
will do our best to accommodate any changes. Due to the nature of our
product we do not refund if the cookies have already been made (which is
usually the following working day after your order).
On all bulk or custom orders we cannot offer a cancellation within 14 days of
your specified delivery date, or if any customisation has started (this may
happen from anytime after placing an order).
Do you offer wholesale options?
Yes! We'd love to hear from you. Contact us for a wholesale discount code.
Do your cookies contain nuts?
No nuts in here! However the cookies are made in a kitchen that does also
process nuts and other common allergens.
Do you offer a gluten free or vegan option?
Unfortunately we do not currently have any cookies that are suitable for those that are vegan or gluten free. Please let us know if this is something you are interested, as if we get enough demand, this is something we would look at doing.
Do you work with influencers/bloggers?
Yes! Influencers, PR launches, press kits, events, competitions… they’re our
jam. If you think you or your client might be a good match for our brand, or

How do I compost my cookie bag?
Glad you asked! Open the bag.
- Eat the cookie (feel free to ‘gram it first and tag us).
- Peel the sticker off the bag.
- Put the bag in your compost and let nature do its thing. In 60 days the bag will have biodegraded and become part of your compost or soil.
Please, please don’t put them in a rubbish bin.
