Packaging Info:

All cookies come individually wrapped in compostable packaging, which an environmentally friendly alternative to regular plastic. Click here to find out how to compost of your packaging correctly.

Our cookies are packaged with love and sent via CourierPost. We use a weekday overnight. You will be sent tracking details automatically.

If you select a date (on the cart page) we will do our best to have them arrive on this date - you are welcome to select a date prior to your desired delivery date for reassurance. 

The courier is usually overnight however, as we use a third party delivery service this is NOT GUARANTEED 100%. We take no responsibility for late deliveries as once the cookies leave the kitchen we can’t control their arrival.

    Disappointed, well below usual standard

    Hey team,

    Delivery was meant to be for the Thursday prior to Mother’s Day. It turned up the following Monday and I’m in Chch. No advertised or forecasted delays. The cookie icing was also quite hard and crumbly, like it was going stale. Didn’t taste great.

    I’ve had awesome product from you before and this was nothing like it☹️.
